Foggy mornings,
groggy feeling, fuzzy thoughts
go to bed, clear head.
I have many restless nights nowadays. I just can't seem to turn off my thoughts. I have so much going on that you'd think I'd fall asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow, but unfortunately that's not the case. My thoughts run from school and homework to work, and then of course what's for dinner tomorrow. Anything and everything that I could possibly think of, I usually think of before I can get any sleep.
I have trouble falling asleep, too, but I think I bring a lot of on myself by reading, cruising around on Pinterest and watching TV. It's like I don't want to have to get up in the morning so I don't want to close my eyes and set another day into motion. Doesn't make a lot of sense, I know...because then I'm just sleepy the next day!
